When I tell y’all motherhood almost took me out! However, I am now in the era of self- discovery and combating my fears. Now TO ME- being a “hot mom” has nothing to do with looks- and everything to do with the growth and resilience of being a mother. I feel like rewriting the narrative for motherhood is what is allowing me to heal ❤️ That doesn’t mean being the perfect mom- it means as a mom your show -up DESPITE whatever life throws your way. That may also look different to every mom and in the day to day. If you woke up and made sure your kids got to school- thats hot! If you showered and put away the laundry while taking care of the little ones- hot! If you were able to have a moment for yourself and TAKE CARE OF YOU-hot! Being a mom means showing up in a way thats healthy and in a way that works FOR YOU and your family!
